SAT-TCL is a class library for Think Class Library (Think Pascal version)
written by Patrick Hew, for using SAT through TCL. Since I (Ingemar) did not
make SAT-TCL, please note that I can't answer questions regarding it.
Questions as well as praise concerning SAT-TCL should go to Patrick.
All I've done is to verify that it works - and it does.
